Why does the word exist?

Rogitty was born out of quite a complicated start to the relationship of Thomas and Angela... It’s a long story, and one that you really don’t want to be reading about. It’s certainly not something we need to go through here as it’s long in the past now.

Anyway, the word came from a need to create a way to express a feeling that we both had at that time... it’s not the easiest of things to describe, as I’m sure you’ve worked out!

Various efforts were made to give it a suitable name. The general “nyah” sound was used for quite a while but that wasn’t communicable in text messaging or on MSN Messenger, for instance.

And so... “rogitty” was born.
